1. Shipping Coverage

Roofa delivers across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), ensuring fast and reliable service to all major cities and remote areas.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Standard delivery: 2-4 business days.
• Express delivery (where available): Next-day delivery for orders placed before [specific cut-off time].

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees on orders upto 120AED is 22AED from 121AED to 149AED: AED 12
  
• Free Delivery on orders from 150AED & above

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.

5. Delivery Conditions

• Orders must be received by the customer or an authorized recipient.
• If the delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will attempt two more times, or the order may be returned to our warehouse.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Roofa ships only within the UAE. For international shipping updates, please stay tuned to our announcements.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or SMS.

8. Changes & Cancellations

• You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.
• Once an order is processed for shipping, modifications cannot be made.
